At Helena Autism Therapy Center you can expect to teach clients to fulfill their potential through applied behavior analysis (ABA). We celebrate all strides a learner makes whether that be writing their name, putting their backpack away by themselves or giving their parent a hug for the first time.

Staff have the opportunity to teach skills that will truly change a child’s life. Staff undergo two weeks of intensive training followed by months of a supportive team environment. We believe in having consistent communication between all levels of staff and management and are constantly looking to improve.

We pride ourselves in helping not only learners find their way in this world, but also staff. Whether that be continuing to grow with the company, needing help getting into graduate school or assistance finding another career path. We are here to support you in being the best you.

This job will teach you foundation skills that will help you grow in any career area. You will learn the ins and outs of applied behavior analysis, which can be used on anyone. Learn how to read people, how to reinforce them, and how to see behavior change.

All staff have the opportunity to grow with in the company. After staff have reached Mhp 1 status (after 90 days) they can choose if they want to learn how to program for learners, observe speech therapy and occupational therapy sessions, communicate with outside providers, and write treatment plans.

This is a job where you will feel like you are making a difference and feel rewarded everyday while also learning to be flexible and tackle challenges with a team.

Staff can expect a consistent schedule every week, Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00. You will never work a weekend or take work home. 80% of our staff have chosen to be vaccinated and you are eligible to be as well once becoming an employee of Helena Autism Therapy Center!

Staff will start on a team of 5 learners for the first 3 months of employment and have an opportunity to be trained on more learners as they are comfortable.
